How to return your purchase

• You can request a return within 14 days of the date of delivery

• Regrettably, returns cannot be accepted on personalised/custom items unless they are faulty

​

• To start your return, please complete the form opposite

​

• You will receive an email with the return address

​

• Refunds will be for cost of item(s) only and will not include original or refund P&P cost unless item is faulty

  • i.e. Generally buyer pays return postage cost​

​

• Refund will be initiated within 3 business days of receipt of return package

​

• For orders placed during December, returns are extended until 14th January.
